Introduction

To introduce myself, I am Shalini Jadhav. I have graduated with B.A (Political science). For the outstanding contribution for my social service, I have been honored with Honorary Doctorate from Universal Tamil Nadu University. After graduating, I worked as a Teacher in Tandur Progressive High School from 2008 to 2013.

Journey towards social service

I started working as a social activist in 2015 as a South Chairperson for Citizen First Human Rights Association. Currently, I am also a National vice president of Citizen First Human Rights Association.

I am serving the society with the main aim of protecting and supporting women and their rights in the poorest part of the country and to motivate them to lead a better life by supporting them to the right path.

About Me

Mrs. Shalini Jadhav w/o Venkateswar Rao Jadhav

Is the first daughter of Mr.Prabhakar Rao Jaware and Mrs. Kasturi Bai Jaware and the second daughter-in-law of freedom fighter Mr. Dhodi Rao Jadhav and Mrs. Saraswati Bai Jadhav. With the blessings of her father and following in the footsteps of freedom fighters Mr. Dhodi Rao Jadhav and Mr. Jagadish Arya, she is serving society by tightening her waist and bearing hardships to fulfill their ambitions under the guidance of Citizen First Human Rights National Director Mr. R Chandra Shekhar Yadav, son of freedom Fighters Mr. Jagdish Arya.

Mrs. Shalini Jadhav South Zone chairperson and National vise-president of Citizen first Human Rights Association works day and night to educate many women, girls and schoolgirls about the atrocities being committed against them in the society, and to create awareness on matters related to health and education.

She conducts awareness sessions on education, health and self-defense methods. She visited government schools and colleges throughout Hyderabad and focuses mainly on underdeveloped and unprivileged sections of society, with the intention of spreading awareness and explaining the importance of education for girls, and women.

With the help of her sessions, many women learned how to save themselves from attacks, and domestic violence, and they are also taught financial and legal knowledge to help them build their confidence and courage to face society.

Mrs.Shalini Jadhav is recognized for her services for the betterment of women and students and many social and charitable organizations.

Social service as my passion

The Background

Serving needy and poorest and educating them to create a better tomorrow for them and better India has become my passion since my young age. I have devoted myself to the service of the people because that is where I find the meaning of my life. World has developed so much with high-tech technologies, however, people are suffering immensely just for a meal in large part of our country. I have always believed that “Who are we as human beings if we ignore the sufferings of others?”, and that is why I am passionate about helping and serving the people as much as I can relentlessly.

Menstrupedia Appreciation

She participated in a cource organized by Menstrupedia , so that she can learn and spread her knowledge to the younger women. She also distributed Sanitary pads to the women who couldn’t afford.
